Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage in-house events, promotions, and community outreach activities
Act as the main liaison with media, influencers, and marketing partners
Handle all PR communications, press releases, and reputation management
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Maintain and grow relationships with schools, universities, local organizations, and corporate clients
Ensure events are well-staffed, on-brand, and delivered on time and within budget
Monitor social media trends and public feedback to refine strategies
Report on PR campaigns, event success, and customer engagement metrics
Proven experience in public relations, event planning, or hospitality marketing (minimum 3 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, professional, and outgoing
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Familiarity with social media platforms, local influencers, and Bahrain’s events scene
Passion for food, hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
