Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and residence permits for employees.
Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower, Royal Oman Police, and other government departments.
Ensure compliance with Omani labor law and immigration regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employee doentation (passports, visas, medicals, labor cards).
Assist employees with queries related to visas, labor laws, and government procedures.
Prepare reports and maintain databases of visa and permit status.
Support HR and management in compliance-related tasks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in P relations in Oman.
Strong knowledge of Omani labor law and immigration procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
