Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Public Relations Officer. The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for:Handle all government-related paperwork including visas, licenses, and permits Liaise with government departments (Immigration, Labor, Economic Department, etc.) Process and renew company licenses, visas, and other official doents Stay updated with UAE government rules and regulations Assist employees with visa processing, medical tests, and Emirates ID Maintain and organize company PRO records and doentation Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of PRO experience in UAE (mandatory) In-depth knowledge of UAE government procedures (DED, immigration, labor, etc.) Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken) Valid UAE ID (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
