Key Responsibilities:Maintaining the pultrusion line paramete, equipment. Testing of product rebar for all visual parameters.Coordinating with supervisor, utility, sizing area, epoxy mixing area for maintaining the process parameters and the product parameters.Implementation and following the process parameters, SOP’s and WI.To take corrective and preventive action if found any deviation in the process parameters and same to be informed to your superior.Any troubleshooting quick action need to be taken and inform and coordinate with the concerned dept ie. maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, utility etc.Maintaining cleanliness of pultrusion line and the area.Achieving the production target and efficiency.Noting the consumption of chemicals on daily basis.Keeping all records of operations (logbooks, data entry required etc.)Proper usage of PPE and ensuring safety at workplace for accident-free work culture.Daily report to your superiorMaintain housekeeping at our workplace and proper handover of shift changeover to your colleague.Any Other tasks assigned from time to time.High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of pultrusion processes and equipment is a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret technical doents, blueprints, and specifications.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Experience with preventive maintenance programs.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends if required.
