We are hiring an experienced Purchasing Manager for an Event Production & Fabrication company in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating prices and payment terms, issuing Purchase Orders, and coordinating deliveries with suppliers.
The role requires experience in purchasi within event production, exhibitions, fabrication, fit-out, interiors, or construction. Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and materials is essential.
The candidate should have excellent negotiation and communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively with Project Management, Production, Workshop, Logistics, Accounts, and Management teams.
Experience in sourcing timber, plywo, steel, aluminum, acrylic, fabrics, paints, hardware, electrical materials, printing materials, tools, consumables, rental equipment, and other project-specific materials is preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of purchasi experience
UAE purchasing experience preferred
Event producti experience preferred
Strong UAE supplier-market knowledge
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and E systems
Good English communication skills
UAE driving license preferred
Indian candidates preferred
Preferred age: 30–45 years
