Location: Ajman, UAE
Experience Required: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

To manage purchasing of required items for restaurant and salon operations while maintaining accurate daily financial records, cash handling, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing Duties:
Source and purchase required items (food supplies, salon products, packaging, cleaning materials, etc.) at the best price and quality.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate better terms.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with storekeepe managers for timely replenishment.
Ensure all purchase invoices and receipts are collected and submitted daily to accounts.
Check product quality and expiry before purchase.
Accounting Duties (Daily Base):
Record daily sales, expenses, and petty cash transactions from branches.
Prepare daily cash flow statements and submit reports to management.
Verify purchase bills, delivery notes, and ensure proper filing.
Assist in bank deposits and reconciliations.
Track outstanding supplier payments and prepare payment requests.
Support monthly closing by maintaining accurate daily records.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of accounting (cash handling, deb, Excel).
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks (purchasing & accounts) efficiently.
Familiarity with restaura supplies preferred.
UAE driving license (added advantage).
