Candidzone is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and vendor relations across the F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors in Qatar. The role includes developing procurement processes, managing supplier networks, negotiating with vendors, and overseeing purchase order and approval workflows.

a. F&B, hospitality, or retail procurement experience is preferred.
b. Strong experience in supplier management, sourcing, and negotiations.
c. Experience building procurement processes from scratch.
d. Knowledge of F&B procurement, including fresh produce, proteins, and dry goods.
e. Experience with purchase order and approval workflows.
f. Knowledge of POS or inventory management systems is preferred.
g. Qat market experience and an existing supplier network are strongly preferred.
h. Must have a valid QID.
