Position: Purchasing & Store Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a highly skilled Purchasing & Store Manager to oversee procurement and inventory operations, ensuring cost efficiency and seamless supply chain management for our dynamic kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage purchasing and inventory for both Front of House and Kitchen operations
 Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
 Handle supplier relationships (ca transactions), negotiations, and comparisons
 Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage
 Support day-to-day purchasing needs and store operations
 Build and maintain an efficient supplier database
                    
                        Key Requirements:
 Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management within the restaura industry
 Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
 Understanding of fine dining kitchen operations and purchasing processes
 Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to lead a team and manage warehouse operations efficiently
 Must own a vehicle and be based in Sharjah (or willing to relocate)
