Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferably 5‑10+ years of experience in roles in civil construction projects (high‑rise buildings, villas, infrastructure) in the UAE or GCC. Specific experience with the types of works Ginco handles (building / villas etc.).
Knowledge of UAE codes, standards, local authority regulations.
Familiarity with contracts / consultant / client QA requirements in the UAE.
Strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, shop drawings.
Good communication, report‑writing, organizational skills.
Skills in preparation of method statements, ITPs, NCRs, etc.
Proficiency in relevant too.
