•Perform routine inspections and measurements during production on molded, extruded, or thermoformed plastic products.
•Check the visual, dimensional, and functional aspects of plastic household products and PVC pipes (e.g., diameter, wall thickness, color, surface defects).
•Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pressure testers, or gauges to verify compliance with product specifications.
•Record in-process quality data in logs or digital systems as per QC procedures.
•Identify non-conformities or deviations and promptly report them to the QC Supervisor or production shift in-charge
•Conduct in-process patrol checks, and final line checks at predefined intervals before FG releasing.
•Label and isolate defective or suspect materia to prevent mix-ups.
•Follow sampling plans and inspection checklists based on production type and standards (e.g., ISO, SASO, ASTM).
•Support root cause investigations by providing inspection data and defect samples.
•Communicate quality issues to operators and provide basic guidance on standard inspection points.
•Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and proper storage of QC tools and equipment.
