Quality Control (QC) Manager
Develop and implement QC procedures and standards across production processes
Inspect and test raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance
Conduct audits and root cause analyses to identify and resolve quality issues
Collaborate with other departments to improve quality
Train and supervise QC staff, ensuring adherence to protocols
Maintain doentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards.
Laboratory Manager
Manage lab operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation
Supervise and train lab personnel, fostering a collaborative environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Develop and implement lab protocols and quality control systems
Manage inventory and procurement of lab supplies and reagents
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project alignment
Prepare reports and analyze data to support research or diagnostics
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in , preferably in HDPE pipes or fittings manufacturing
Strong knowledge of HDPE materials, injection molding / extrusion processes
Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant testing methods
