Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in both landscaping and interior fit-out projects, with a strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and BOQ preparation. Applicants must hold a valid Society of Engineers (SOE) membership and Dubai Municipality G+1 License.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contract doents.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Conduct site visits when required.
Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project teams.
Monitor project costs and assist with variation orders.
Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) Membership – Mandatory.
Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 License – Mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in quantity estimation.
Experience in landscaping and interior fit-out projects is essential.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
