Candidzone is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for permanent employment in Doha, Qatar. The candidate will handle cost control, estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, valuations, variations, subcontractor payments, and commercial management for building and tower construction projects.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
b. Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
c. Strong experience in building and tower construction projects.
d. Proven site experience and hands-on construction exposure.
e. Experience in cost control, estimation, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
f. Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, valuations, variations, and subcontractor payments.
g. Knowledge of contract administration and commercial management.
h. Good coordination skills with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
i. Qat construction experience preferred.
j. Good knowledge of Excel and software.
k. Must currently be in Qatar with a valid QID and able to join immediately.
