Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and project valuations.
. Monitor project costs and maintain budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
. Prepare client invoices, subcontractor payments, and commercial doentation.
. Review variations, claims, and change orders.
. Support procurement activities and material quantity verification.
. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients on commercial matters.
. Maintain contract records, payment records, and project doentation.
. Conduct site visits to verify work progress and executed quantities.
. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
REQUIREMENT
. Bachelor's Degr in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
. Minimum 2 years UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, cost control, and billing procedures.
. Experience in substation projects is an added advantage.
. Familiarity with construction contracts and commercial management.
. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS softwa.
. Knowledge of UAE construction standards and market rates.
. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and negotiation skills.
. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
