The role involves managing pre-contract estimation, post-contract cost control, and commercial site coordination for residential, high-rise, and commercial building projects. Candidates will prepare BOQs, cost estimates, monitor budgets, evaluate subcontractor claims, and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
b. 4–7 years of UAE experience in Civil & MEP QS roles (mandatory)
c. Hands-on expertise in BOQ preparation, cost control, valuations, and variation claims
d. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (Candy, CostX, Planswift, etc.)
e. Strong understanding of UAE market rates, materials, and subcontracting practices
f. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial doentation skills
g. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
h. Immediate joiners preferred
