Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, legal regulations, and current trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about available listings.
Negotiate and close deals with clients and coordinate with legal and financial professionals when necessary.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Maintain knowledge of real estate laws, local property trends, and market conditions in Abu Dhabi.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients regularly.
Maintain relationships with property developers, landlords, and investors.
Ensure all doentation complies with UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a real estate agent or similar role (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Abu Dhabi Broker License is a plus
Own car is a plus
Own drivers license is a plus
Proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems and online property portals.
