About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing property sales in both off-plan and ready property segments. This role requires a proactive approach to building strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top UAE developers
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
Conduct property viewings and present investment options to clients
Maintain strong follow-up with clients and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager
Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, new launches, and regulatory changes
Maintain updated records on CRM and ensure accurate doentation
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and developer events
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (off-plan or secondary market preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a hunter mentality
Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals
UAE driving license (preferred)
Multilingual candidates (Arabic, Russian, Farsi, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
