Responsibilities
* Handle the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE.
* Canvass for properties and prospect new potential lea.
* Engage with selle and build a strong network of relationships.
* Prepare CMAs for homeowners and arrange or take photography for listings.
* Enter all new properties into CRM (Propspace) for marketing purposes.
* Manage inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
* Qualify new inquiries, match requirements with available inventory, and conduct viewings.
* Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Close deals and attend DLD for the transaction of titles.
* Consult and update clients on the latest market trends.
* Make regular follow-up calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
* 2 years of Experience in real estate brokerage a sales.
* Knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus.
* Understanding of local real estate market and property regulations.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client and investor relationships.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in managing real property.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM platforms).
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
