Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and real estate trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid real estate license (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with real estate CRM tools is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
3. Market properties through online listings, social media, and networking.
4. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
5. Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
6. Prepare and review property contracts and related doentation.
7. Collaborate with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure compliance.
8. Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations.
