Majestic Skyline Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for motivated, confident, and target oriented Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a professional presence, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, conduct property viewings, and work consistently toward closing deals.
This role covers prima sales, seconda properties, and rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, property owners, landlords, and tenants.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, owner visits, and field visits.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and property owners.
- Present properties, projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Negotiate with clients, owners, landlords, and other parties to achieve successful transactions.
- Manage the sal process from initial enquiry through to closing.
- Work across off-pl sales, seconda properties, and rental transactions.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network within Dubai's real estate market.
- Stay updated on Dubai's property market, major developers, communities, projects, and investment opportunities.
- Work toward achieving individual and company targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Immediately available to join.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Professional appearance and confident communication.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to conduct field visits, property viewings, client meetings, and owner visits.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct consistent follow-ups, arrange viewings, and work toward closing deals.
- Willingness to work across prima sales, seconda properties, and rentals.
- Strong client relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
The following will be considered an advantage:
- Previous experience in U real estate sales.
- Existing knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Previous experience in property sales, leasing, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Existing network of buyers, investors, property owners, or real estate contacts.
- Knowledge of Dubai's major developers, communities, and property market.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage, particularly languages commonly spoken by Dubai's diverse client base.
- Previous experience dealing with high-net-worth clients or investors.
- Strong understanding of property investment and the ability to explain projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
Fresh graduates and candidates without previous real estate experience may also be considered if they demonstrate exceptional communication skills, confidence, sales ability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
