You will be working ONLY with MASTER developers and presenting property options to buyers who have called and shown interest. YES…we provide you with LEADS. This is not a common practice in other firms and therefore closing is much higher at AKW.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO.
· Use a database of leads provided by AKW to make calls (70 -100) a day
· Evaluate the clients to discover the appropriate property suggestions
· Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
· Achieve the calls target > book appointments at world class sales centers > close the deal
· Should be well organized and GREAT AT FOLLOWING UP.
· Remain knowledgeable about the property market.
