Job Details
Responsibilities:
- List, market, and sell or lease residential and commercial properties.
- Generate leads and follow up with clients.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulations.
- Build strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- RERA certification is a plus.
