We are seeking ato join a dynamic real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have presentable personality, excellent communication skills, and solid experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a property developer,.Act as the primary point of contact for customers during property handover and post-sales activities.
Manage customer communications professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
Assist clients throughout the property handover process, including doentation and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations when required.
Ensure high standards of customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Support administrative and operational tasks related to customer service and handover.&Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month
Medical Insurance: Self-medical insurance
Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per year
