A prestigious private family in Dubai with an extensive portfolio of over 150 luxury apartments in prime locations throughout Dubai is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to manage and expand their property rental operations. This is a unique opportunity to work with a renowned family with a diverse and rapidly growing property portfolio, including high-end residences in Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, Dubai Harbour, and Jumeirah Lake Towers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee the full operations of the family’s properties, ensuring high occupancy rates, timely rental payments, and general upkeep.
- Holiday Homes Management: Manage holiday home rentals including check-i, inventory management, and maintenance of both existing and new units.
- Client Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with current tenants and establish new client relationships to ensure long-term success and profitability.
- Rental Strategy: Develop and implement effective rental strategies, ensuring properties are competitively priced and promoted.
- Expansion of Portfolio: Identify new investment opportunities and help expand the family’s property portfolio both locally in the UAE specifically Dubai.
- Sales: Use your exceptional sales skills to actively market properties and secure rental agreements.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
- At least 10 years of experience in real estate management, including knowledge of both local and international markets.
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record in the real estate industry.
- In-depth understanding of holiday home management and short-term rental platforms.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of properties and clients with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including luxury residential properties, rental trends, and legal considerations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of support staff and service providers.

- Proficiency in inventory management for both long-term and short-term rental properties.
