Job description:
We are seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties across Sharjah and Ajman.
This is a full-time, salary-based position designed for motivated real estate professionals. Successful candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary plus structured performance-based incentives, offering strong earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties across Sharjah and Ajman
Generate new leads and convert prospects into successful sales
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Present property offerings professionally and conduct site visi
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with team members and ensure compliance with UAE property regulations
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1–3 years of UAE real estate sales experience (plots, apartments, or brokerage)
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a multicultural team environment
