We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team, drive property sales, and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
KeyResponsibilities:
Prospect, source, and develop new leads for property sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights.
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth deal closures.
Maintain and update client and property records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and competition.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships and generate referrals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially Abu Dhabi.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing portals.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Valid Brokerage License.

Salary Structure:
From 3000 AED to 5000 AED + Competitve Commission
