Job Title:Sales Directors
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with project launches and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage in-house sales teams and external broke.
• Set and achieve sales targets, pricing strategies, and absorption rates for projects.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth sales execution.
• Oversee project positioning, unit mix strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Manage relationships with broker networks, channel partners, and international agents.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to adjust sales tactics.
• Drive presales, launch events, and exhibitions.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, contracts, and escrow processes.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven leadership in real estate sales (5-8 years) with a developer profile.
• Fluency in Russian, Persian, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew.
• Strong track record in off-plan sales.
• Experience in leading and managing teams of 8-10 members.
• Skills in strategic sales planning, revenue growth, and sales forecasting.
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Mandatory experience in developer-led sales.
