Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong Real Estate Developer or Broker background to manage day-to-day sales operations for development projects. The role focuses on driving unit sales, managing sales teams and brokers, executing launch strategies, and ensuring targets are met in line with project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
•Execute sales plans for ongoing and upcoming development projects
•Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, lead generation, and project launches
•Handle client negotiations, deal structuring, and closing of high-value transactions
•Support project launches, exhibitions and site visits
•Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback
•Ensure compliance with sales processes, contracts, and local regulations
•Provide regular performance updates to the Sales Director / Head of Sales
Required Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in related field
•5–8+ years of real estate sales experience, mandatory with a developer or broker in UAE.
•Strong sales background with developer or broker sales
•Proven ability to close deals and manage sales teams
•UAE Driving License Mandatory
•Russian, Persian, Dutch, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Hebrew Speaker
•Mandatory Requirements: Experience in off-plan sales
