Job Description

RFM Global is seeking a presentable, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our Dubai office. The candidate will manage front-desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors, and support administrative, operations, and facilities management (FM) teams. Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, daily office coordination, vendor liaison, and supporting Helpdesk and CAFM system operations. Candidate Requirements

a. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, administration, or FM coordination
b. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
c. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
d. Well-presented, organized, and able to multitask
e. Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage
f. Proactive and able to handle front-desk, administrative, and vendor coordination tasks
