We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
Maintain visitor logs and security procedures
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
Good communication skills (English required)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
