Manage reception area and handle all incoming calls
Maintain the Managing Director’s diary, arrange meetings, and coordinate schedules
Welcome and assist visitors professionally
Receive invoices, collect cheques, and handle material samples
Prepare, receive, and log project doentation (submittals, technical doents, correspondence)
Manage incoming and outgoing doents and distribute to relevant teams
Maintain and update doent control logs and registers
Ensure doentation is properly formatted, approved, and filed per company procedures
Assist project teams with doent retrieval and respond to doentation-related queries
