Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support office staff and ensure smooth front-office operations
Skills & Qualities:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
