We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist for our hotel apartment in Ajman. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures
Manage room bookings, reservations, and walk-in inquiries
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest requests in a professional manner
Maintain accurate guest records, payments, and billing details
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Monitor lob desk area to maintain a clean and organized environment
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or front desk operations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of computer systems and booking software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Experience in UAE hotel apartments
Knowledge of multiple languages (Arab preferred)
