Gulf Tek Arabia is seeking a Recruitment Executive to join its HR team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, create job postings, source and headhunt candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, coordinate hiring activities, and support talent acquisition initiatives for the manufacturing business.

a. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in Recruitment a HR Operations.
b. End-to-end recruitment experience is preferred.
c. Hands-on experience with job posting, sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
d. Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage.
e. Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
f. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
g. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
