This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse who will provide medical care to patients in their homes. The primary goal is to support recovery, manage chronic conditions, and promote independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
Role Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment - Monitor vital signs and medical condition changes.
Care planning - Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Medication Management - Administer prescribed medications, injections and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
Wound Care Treatments - Perform wound dressing changes, infection control, manage catheters, ostomies, and IV therapies.
Compliance Safety - Follow infection control protocols and safety standards.
Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Monitoring skills
Collaboration with Healthcare Team Members
Strong Communication and Empathy skills
Accuracy in Patient Record Keeping
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
