The Relationship Manager – SAM is responsible for managing a portfolio of special-mention and non-performing accounts to support recovery efforts and minimize bank losses. You will engage proactively with clients to negotiate repayment solutions, restructuring terms, and doentation requirements while identifying opportunities for cross-selling products like trade finance and cash management. Key duties include monitoring early warning risk indicators, preparing in-depth loan workout strategies, and collaborating with Credit Risk and Legal departments for timely resolution of delinquent loans. You will also ensure all recovery actions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements while providing accurate reporting on delinquency status and provisions to higher management.
