What You'll Be Doing
Preparing rental contracts and explaining policies clearly.
Advising customers on the most suitable rental options based on their needs.
Assisting customers with vehicle bookings, inquiries, and reservations.
Coordinating with our Operations team for vehicle deliveries, exchanges, and returns.
Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring a five-star rental experience.
Promoting upgrades, add-on services, and company offers.
Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM and reservation systems.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A positive attitude with a passion for sales.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Previous experience in car rental.
* Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential.
