Key duties include accurately capturing guest profiles in the Opera system, verifying payment guarantees before cancellation deadlines, and reconciling commissionable bookings on extranets. You will coordinate closely with other departments regarding special requests, last-minute amendments, and VIP preferences to ensure a seamless arrival experience. Additionally, you will monitor no-shows and apply applicable charges while protecting sensitive guest and company data.
