Responsibilities
•Oversee day to day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
•Supervise and guide staff to maintain high service standards
•Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
•Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
•Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations
•Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock control
•Prepare basic reports and doentation using Microsoft Office
•Support management in training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
•Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
•Arabic communication skills (mandatory) and English proficiency
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, reports, inventory
•Must have a Food Handling Certificate and Basic Food Safety Training
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
•Good moral character, leadership skills, and a positive attitude
