Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or complaints
Prepare tables (setting up utensils, napkins, etc.)
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Process bills and handle payments
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Requirements & Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling bills
Strong customer service orientation
Teamwork and coordination skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience (preferred but not always required)
Optional Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems
