SLVNH a Milano Fashion Brand is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Female Sales Executive to join our fashion retail team. The ideal candidate must be a Russian-speaking individual with a passion for fashion, customer service, and sales. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, assisting with product selection, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by greeting and assisting customers in Russian and English, offering styling advice, and helping them find the perfect fashion pieces.
Sales: Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, including fabrics, trends, sizing, and seasonal collections.
Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized according to company standards.
Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and building brand loyalty.
Payments & Transactions: Handle cash register operations, process transactions, and ensure all sales are accurately recorded.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and store management to meet sales goals and improve store performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
With (5) years plus experience in luxury or high-end retail environments.
A strong network of customers and brand ambassadors within the local Russian-speaking community is a plus.
