Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and excellent customer service skills. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding, knowledgeable shopping experience tailored to their riding needs.
- Greet customers and provide expert product assistance and advice on equestrian gear (tack, apparel, feed, supplements, stable equipment, etc.)
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong, in-depth product knowledge across all equestrian disciplines to support customer needs
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and reporting
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity
- Support daily store operations as required
- Use Odoo or Microsoft NAV systems as needed for sales and stock management
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or similar fields
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a busy, team-driven environment
- Professional appearance and a positive, polite attitude
