We are seeking a motivated Store Manager to join our equestrian shop. While prior experience in equestrian retail, horse care, or riding equipment is a plus, it is not mandatory — we provide full training.
Your main responsibilities will include:•Leading and motivating the store team to achieve daily and monthly targets•Ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere•Overseeing store operations (stock, merchandising, displays, and standards)•Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff training•Maintaining smooth day-to-day organization and reporting
