Lead and manage end-to-end healthcare insurance and revenue cycle operations, including eligibility, pre-authorisation, claims, denial management, payment reconciliation, AR monitoring, and payer coordination. The role also leads the R team, monitors KPIs, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives process improvements to strengthen collections and revenue realization.

a, Minimum 3+ years of relevant hospital RCM / Medical Insurance experience
b, Strong hands-on knowledge of the complete healthcare insurance cycle
c, Strong knowledge of approvals, claims submission, resubmissions, rejections, payment reconciliation, and AR follow-up
d, Strong knowledge of Dhamani and healthcare insurance processes in Oman
e, Experience managing insurance companies, TPAs, and payer relationships
f, Strong analytical, reporting, and team-management skills
g, Ability to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
h, Hospital experience is essential
