*Job Summary*
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Room Attendants to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. The candidate should ensure that rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and provide excellent service to guests.
*Key Responsibilities*
Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms.
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water, tea, coffee, and amenities.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned and ready on time.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials properly.
Assist in cleaning public areas when required.
*Requirements*
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or Cleaner.
Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or serviced apartments is preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
