A leading upcoming rubber manufacturing factory in Qatar is seeking a highly experienced Rubber Technologist / Rubber Compounding Specialist to join our team. We are establishing a modern production facility and are looking for skilled professionals to be part of our core technical team from the foundation stage.
This is a full time on site role based in Doha, Qatar. We are open to hiring experienced candidates locally and from India. Only well experienced professionals in rubber compounding and formulation will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and optimize rubber compounds to meet performance and industry standards
• Formulation development and raw material selection
• Conduct quality control and laboratory testing
• Monitor production processes and ensure consistency
• Troubleshoot compound related issues during production
• Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Support continuous improvement in compounding efficiency and cost control
Requirements:
• Proven experience in rubber compounding and formulation
• Strong knowledge of natural rubber, EPDM, NBR, silicone, and specialty compounds
• Hands on factory production experience is mandatory
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a startup factory environment
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar
