To serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, acting as a liaison between clients and our supply chain team. The primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication with the client and effective coordination with the supply chain team to facilitate smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.Prepare quotations following inquiry selection on timely manner to ensure client receives suggested prices with no delayFill and send Order confirmation to the operations team for the order to proceed with production.Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, and to address any potential issues or delays.Proactively communicate with the client to provide updates on order status, resolve any concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and executed in a timely manner.Prepare weekly shipping sheet to reflect orders confirmedConfirm details of clients (address for delivery, pallets, etc..)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the trading and logistics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
