Job Summary
The Sales & Administrative Assistant provides administrative and client service support to an Independent Financial Advisor. This role is responsible for policy renewals, client servicing, and general office support while helping maintain strong client relationships and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
Process life insurance policy renewals and client account updates.
Provide ongoing client servicing and support for insurance and investment accounts.
Prepare and submit applications and client doentation.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met.
Support the advisor with scheduling, correspondence, and new business processing.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in insurance, financial services, or administration preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
