TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the Boutique through understanding and complying with operating procedures
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features (luxury perfumes)
• Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise, when necessary
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products

•Product Knowledge: Deeply understanding the products or services to effectively answer questions and make recommendations.
•Point of Sale (POS) and CRM Software: Proficiency in the technology used to process sales, manage customer information, and track inventory.
•Basic Math and Money Handling: Accuracy in handling transactions, cash, and using registers.
•Organizational Skills: The ability to manage time, monitor inventory, and maintain a tidy workspace.

•Communication: The ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and managers.
