We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Associate to join our growing financial services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, strong communication skills and a good understanding of both the Indian and UAE markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking and referrals.
2. Build and maintain long term relationships with clients.
3. Understand client financial planning needs and introduce suitable solutions.
4. Schedule meetings with senior consultants when required.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
7. Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
8. Stay updated on market trends and company offerings.
1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience (financial services, insurance, banking, investments or related industries preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of the Indian and UAE markets.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
4. Hindi proficiency is preferred, additional languages are an advantage.
5. Self-motivated with a target oriented mindset.
6. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
7. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
8. Bachelor's degree is preferred with relevant experience.
9. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred but not mandatory.
